Your data

Delete your account

You can delete your Sprout & Roots account and your child’s data at any time: in the app, or here with your mobile number. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Sprout & Roots and go to Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read what happens, answer the grown-ups question and enter the code we text you.

What is deleted

Your mobile number, name, city and billing details.
Your child’s profile, progress, badges, certificates and monthly reports.
Notices, live-session places, notification tokens and friend codes.

What we keep, and why

Invoices and credit notes exactly as issued, and payment records, for 8 years as Indian tax law requires, used for nothing else.
Gift codes you bought and nobody has used yet stay valid for the person you gave them to.

Your running plan is cancelled. If you paid in the last 0 days or 7 days, you get a refund under our refund policy. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must also be cancelled in your store settings.
